At ZI Dreams, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 1–2 days of receiving the product.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the return.

• Proof of purchase may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

• The item has been used, worn, or washed.

• The item is damaged by the customer after delivery.

• The original tags, labels, or packaging are missing.

• The return request is made after the 1–2 day return period.

Refund Process
